UPDATE :
If you try to restore with the original iOS firmware and see 1600 , 1604 … error just follow this instruction :
  1. Quit iTunes
  2. Locate your hosts file, in Mac OS X this is /etc/hosts and in Windows this is c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
  3. Open the hosts file with Administrator privileges
  4. Remove the following all lines include “ gs.apple.com “
  5. Save and exit
  6. Reboot PC or Mac and try restore again
