Apple has seeded iOS 6.1 beta 3, 10B5117b  for all iPhone, iPad and iPod touch users who are enrolled in the iOS developer center. The software update is only seeded for developers. iOS is available for iPhone 5, iPhone 4S, iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPad 4, iPad 3, iPad 2, iPod touch and iPad mini.
