Which custom ROM are you using? I use Dynamics HD2O 2.00 but my Radar feels sort of sluggish when launching apps from the start screen. There's a brief delay between my tapping the live tile and the app actually beginning to launch. For example, the Music+Videos launch at 1:51 is twice as fast in the video as on my Radar. Could you confirm/deny this for me please?
I have the same Lumia and there is a noticeable amount of lag when launching tiles
